Can’t wait to share what fourth graders have been working on using a green screen!

Big News for Little Creek

Our school is collaborating with Gardens 4 Humanity and Cornell University to build and maintain a garden in our local Little Creek Community, home to many of our students. It is these unique projects that make me feel so fortunate and proud to be a part of the Dryden Community!

“Gardens 4 Humanity (G4H) is a community-driven food justice organization that promotes economic, personal, and neighborhood empowerment, and health through education, urban gardening and local farm connections.”¬†Find out more about the work that Cornell does with Gardens 4 Humanity¬†here.

On a side note, I am lucky enough to have the privilege of designing a sign for the garden, which will be painted by student and community volunteers!

Pictures to follow!
