Big News for Little Creek

Our school is collaborating with Gardens 4 Humanity and Cornell University to build and maintain a garden in our local Little Creek Community, home to many of our students. It is these unique projects that make me feel so fortunate and proud to be a part of the Dryden Community!

“Gardens 4 Humanity (G4H) is a community-driven food justice organization that promotes economic, personal, and neighborhood empowerment, and health through education, urban gardening and local farm connections.” Find out more about the work that Cornell does with Gardens 4 Humanity here.

On a side note, I am lucky enough to have the privilege of designing a sign for the garden, which will be painted by student and community volunteers!

Pictures to follow!
